Tutorial: Como Criar uma Assinatura de E-mail no Roundcube Webmail da Nebix

Passo 1 – Acesse o Webmail da Nebix

  1. No seu navegador, acesse:

  2. Faça login com seu e-mail completo (exemplo: [email protected]) e sua senha de acesso.

Passo 2 – Acesse o Roundcube

  1. Após o login, selecione o cliente de e-mail Roundcube (caso ele não abra automaticamente).
  2. Aguarde o carregamento da caixa de entrada.

Passo 3 – Acesse as Configurações

  1. No canto superior direito, clique em Configurações.
  2. No menu lateral esquerdo, clique em Identidades.

Passo 4 – Selecione a Identidade

  1. Clique no seu endereço de e-mail que aparece na lista.
  2. Será aberta uma tela com os dados da identidade do remetente.

Passo 5 – Crie ou Edite sua Assinatura

  1. No campo Assinatura, digite as informações desejadas.

  2. Para criar uma assinatura com formatação (negrito, cor, links, imagens):

    • Marque a opção “Assinatura em HTML”.
    • Use o editor visual para personalizar sua assinatura da forma que preferir.

Passo 6 – Salve a Assinatura

  1. Após finalizar, clique em Salvar.
  2. Sua assinatura será adicionada automaticamente aos novos e-mails que você redigir no Roundcube.

Dica Importante

Se a assinatura não aparecer ao redigir um novo e-mail:

  • Verifique se está ativada na identidade correta.
  • Recarregue a página ou faça logout e login novamente.
